Here are just a few pointers and notes to take in...

 

HOW ARE THE ITEMS PRICED?

Prices start with the natural option. A change of materials used can incur extra costs if the material replacing it is of greater value. Generally a change in colour will not raise the cost greatly unless a veneer or laminate is requested. A wax or oil finish is included in the natural option.

Amendments to the design itself will be charged based on the extent of changes requested. A final quote will be sent for approval. Full payment is required prior to production.

Multiple pieces ordered at the same time can reduce the price per item from that listed dependant on the item.

DELIVERY

If you are based locally or would like to visit woody Belmont and think that your finished item can fit into your chosen mode of transport, you are very welcome to collect. This will reduce the final cost of your item as deliveries within England have been included in the cost. A courier can also be arranged to deliver to your destination of choice. A signature will be required on arrival.
Extra fees may be incurred for remote or long distance destinations. Larger custom made pieces to those shown may also incur extra delivery costs. A quote will be given for approval prior to production.
If you would rather that your item is kept as a flat pack offering for later ease of storage, this can be discussed.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Not for now but if you are asking for them I will endeavour to offer at a later date.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Assis! By i.l.j does not use card readers. Payment can be made by a bank transfer once an invoice has been received. All details can be found within to make a quick and easy transaction.

REFUND POLICY

Furniture from the Designed Collection is not eligible for a refund as each piece is produced as a customer request allowing for customisation. 
Upcycled pieces that have not been customised can be refunded if returned in the same condition as sold. Secure return delivery will need to be arranged by the customer. Once the item has been received and approved a refund will be returned within 5 working days.
